For his first official act of his new term, President Obama declared August 10th to be “Talk Like a Vampire Day!”  ”This country suffers from a dry spell of holidays between the Fourth of July and Labor Day.  Talk Like a Vampire Day will get us out of this funk.  I believe all Americans will enjoy doing their best Dracula impressions.  We all need to lighten up and laugh more. Michelle even promised to pick out a cape for me to wear for the occasion!” KoookaBoooka believes this historic moment will be studied in history books for many, many years to come.
