Before there was ever a Super Bowl, before there was the NFL, there was still football. Some say that the greatest team ever assembled were the Mudmen of Michigan. They were most famous for their train formation. Grabbing each other tightly by the shoulder, the Mudmen chugged for over 500,000 yards in the 1911 season alone.
